Shipping & Returns
Products ordered and paid in full will ship within 2-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Once the products are shipped from annaGrace Goods it may take an additional 2-5 days due to the mail delivery service. AnnaGrace Goods will send you an email notification that contains tracking information once your order ships.
You, as the buyer are soley responsible for any and all accrued customs charges that may occur. AnnaGrace Goods (the seller) is not responsible for any custom charges. Additonally, international order may take up to 4 weeks to be delivery to you. Please understand this time frame is unfortunately out of our control.
If for any reason you are displeased with our products. Please contact us. We want nothing more than to work things out. We will do our best to please you as our customer.
Please know that our products are handmade, handcut and 100% natural, so they WILL have variations from batch to batch. For example: the size, color and possibly the texture will vary.
Accidental damages: Please know that we understand your excitement upon placing your order and we apologize for any damaged products you may receive. If by unfortunate chance you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will happily replace any damaged items provided that they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
Refunds | Exchanges
Our greatest desire is that you are pleased with every purchase you make with us. Please reach out if you are dissatisfied with your order email@example.com. Most often, returns are processed as store-credit or an even exchange due to the nature of our products. In the rare occurrence, that you experience an allergic reaction we may accommodate a refund. In order to receive store-credit, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. In order to qualify for store-credit, at least 50% of the product must be remaining.
If you receive a broken or damaged product a photograph as proof may be required.
Shipping cost will not be refunded both domestic and international. We are not responsible for any additional cost for returns and exchanges. We do not assume responsibility for packages returned to us that are lost in transit with our proof of delivery to annaGrace Goods.

Sales tax is required on all orders.
