Rest in 

the ever present awareness

Get comfortable wherever you are - make sure spine is nice and long

Close your eyes

Purposefully inhale, hold, release the breath effortlessly through the mouth

Repeat at least 3 times

Notice the rising and falling of the chest 

Bring attention to the base of the spine - deep at your center

As you inhale image white light moving up the spine and out through the crown of the head

Pause

As you exhale, image the light going slowly down the spine

Pause

Stay with this intention 3 - 5 times

Any "business thoughts" of the mind, simply allow them and draw attention back to the rising and falling of the chest

When ready open your eyes

Give thanks for the opportunity to connect more deeply
